 Common Questions

  • Before scheduling a service, we will discuss any issues and goals to create the best treatment plan using PEMF and Red Light Therapy whether it be both modalities or individual.

Please note that PEMF and Red Light Therapy are not meant to diagnose or replace veterinary advice. We always recommend discussing these therapy options with your dedicated veterinarian.

  • By increasing the cellular exercise in the entire body, the sensitive area continues to receive important assistance, as blood from the rest of the body consistently flows through and nourishes this area. This enhanced circulation plays a crucial role in promoting overall health and healing.

  • During a PEMF treatment, you may notice the muscle tissue palpitates in sensitive areas which is because of cellular exercise. As we like to explain it, the magnetic field will pass through the body, but when there are areas of inflammation, lactic acid build up, or scar tissue, the pulse bounces off these areas causing the movement you sometimes see during a session.

  • Depending on the current state of health and overall wellness, you can expect your animal to feel a significant sense of well-being and rejuvenation after treatment. Just like any other wellness modality, the way in which their body responds will vary considerably from one animal to another. There are numerous factors that influence this response, including the quality of diet, overall lifestyle choices, and your animal’s level of physical activity. We strongly advise checking in with your veterinarian to ensure that MagnaWave is a suitable treatment option for your animal’s specific needs. In some cases, animals experiencing MagnaWave for the first time might feel a temporary sense of fatigue or tiredness. This may indeed be their body’s natural response to the process of ridding itself of accumulated toxins. If they experience detox symptoms after a PEMF session, we recommend ensuring that the animal takes in plenty of fluids and has ample opportunities for rest and recovery.

  • Definitely! However, we highly recommend that you try it ahead of time, as different animals can react in various ways to a session.

We leave this up to the owner’s discretion as some clients may be more relaxed and calm following their session, which might result in not having the same competitive edge before an event. On the other hand, there are also clients who do not exhibit such changes and feel fully prepared and ready to perform. Therefore, we strongly suggest you conduct a session with your client prior to an event to effectively measure performance and make your own informed decision.
